Fetty Wap announces the Nostalgia Tour, his first U.S. run since leaving prison
The 'Trap Queen' rapper kicks off his first U.S. tour since his January release from prison, starting June 6 in Atlantic City.
Ten years of hits, one big comeback
Fetty Wap is taking the Nostalgia Tour on the road. According to Billboard, the New Jersey rapper announced his first U.S. run of shows since being released from prison earlier this year, with dates stretching from June all the way through December 2026.
The tour opens June 6 in Atlantic City and works its way through major markets including Brooklyn, Boston, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, among others. "NOSTALGIA TOUR 2016 - 2026, 10 years of hits," he wrote on Instagram when making the announcement.
What to expect
Fetty (born Willie Junior Maxwell II) promises a mix of catalog favorites and new material. "We gonna turn up with all the old and some of the new music. Got a lotta surprises on the way," he said in a statement. The set list will likely lean on his Billboard Hot 100 top 10 hits, including "Trap Queen," "My Way," and "679."
Presale tickets went live on May 13. General public sales opened May 15 at 10 a.m. local time, with VIP packages available through Live Nation.
The context
Fetty was released from prison in January, roughly 11 months ahead of schedule, after serving more than three years on federal drug charges. He returned to music in March with his album Zavier, which debuted at No. 169 on the Billboard 200. The Nostalgia Tour marks his most substantial public commitment since that release.
