Terms and conditions

The rules to use Vibrako, register, comment and share content.

Last updated: 15 May 2026

1. Who we are

Vibrako is an editorial music portal operated by ElephantPink Creative SL, a Spanish company with tax ID B93314664 based in Marbella. More detail in our legal notice.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Vibrako you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.

3. User account

  • Minimum age 14 years, per article 7 of the Spanish LOPDGDD.
  • You commit to truthful identity and accurate data.
  • You may not share your account or let anyone else use it.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, without notice if the case requires it.

4. User content

Content you publish (comments, bio, lists, reactions) remains yours. By publishing it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free license to display it within Vibrako while your account is active.

It is forbidden to publish content that:

  • Infringes third-party rights (intellectual property, image, honor).
  • Incites hate, violence or discrimination.
  • Is illegal in Spain or in the country from which it is posted.
  • Is spam, phishing or hidden advertising.

5. Intellectual property

Editorial content published by Vibrako (articles, lists, design, code) belongs to ElephantPink Creative SL. Quotes, Spotify and YouTube embeds, cover art and press materials belong to their owners and are used informatively under the quotation right (art. 32 Spanish LPI).

6. Third-party links

Vibrako displays links and embeds to Spotify, YouTube and other external services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Service availability

We do everything reasonable to keep Vibrako available, but we do not guarantee 100 per cent uptime. We may run maintenance or updates that temporarily affect the service.

8. Limitation of liability

Vibrako is provided as is. We are not responsible for third-party service errors (Spotify, YouTube), temporary site unavailability or indirect damages arising from use. Nothing in these terms limits liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you via the site banner if the change is substantial. Continued use after notice implies acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute the parties submit to the Courts of Marbella (Spain), unless the law requires the consumer's jurisdiction.
