DJ AG headlines Billboard THE STAGE at SXSW London 2026

DJ AG took over Billboard THE STAGE at SXSW London 2026 on June 3, delivering a wide-ranging set at Ely's Yard in Shoreditch, east London. The DJ, whose real name is Ashley Gordon, has built a reputation for guerilla sets and surprise guests, and the SXSW London edition was no different. According to Billboard, the performance touched on garage, hip-hop, R&B, pop and more.

A showcase packed with guests

AG brought out a string of artists during his slot. U.S. act Cameron McCloud joined for a cameo. McCloud recently won NPR's Tiny Desk Contest as a member of Cure for Paranoia. Australian act Tikara and London-based Iyamah also delivered standout performances during the showcase.

Infinity Song appeared for a short spot ahead of their own event at the nearby Shoreditch Town Hall as part of the Mahogany Showcase. Perhaps the most talked-about appearance came from House Gospel Choir, fresh off performing with Harry Styles at the 2026 BRIT Awards and his One Night Only show in Manchester.

SXSW London's second edition in full swing

SXSW London is currently running its second edition, covering music, film, culture, technology and business. The first edition, in 2025, saw Tems perform a sold-out show at London's Troxy as part of THE STAGE. This year's broader lineup includes Rachel Chinouriri, Tiwa Savage, Shame and ODUMODUBLVCK, among others.

THE STAGE is a long-running fixture at SXSW's home base in Austin, Texas. Billboard notes that the 2026 Austin edition featured Billboard 200 chart-topper Don Toliver, Mau P and Junior H on its lineup.
