Florida Georgia Line toying with the idea of a handful of shows in 2027
Tyler Hubbard says he and Brian Kelley are flirting with the idea of playing a few shows in 2027, but no new music is in the works yet.

Florida Georgia Line reunion shows in 2027?
Florida Georgia Line reunion shows could happen as soon as 2027, though nothing is confirmed. Tyler Hubbard told Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet at the ACM Awards that he and Brian Kelley have been "toying around, flirting with the idea of playing a handful of shows next year," according to Billboard. That is about as far as the announcement goes, and Hubbard was careful to frame it as an idea rather than a plan.
A slow, deliberate reconciliation
The Florida Georgia Line duo split in 2022 after disagreements over how to balance the group with their individual solo careers. Since then, the two have been quietly rebuilding their friendship. Kelley posted a video of a hike the two took together in January, and they were photographed together at the CMA Awards last fall. The fan reaction to those moments, Hubbard said, was immediate and intense.
"One photo and the world thinks you're back on tour automatically," he quipped at the ACM Awards. He described the current period as a kind of "honeymoon" phase, one he does not want to rush.
No new music, for now
Hubbard was direct on the music question. "No new FGL music, I'm too busy working on my solo stuff at the moment," he said. The idea of touring together is what has both of them excited, not a studio project.
The duo did share a brief onstage moment earlier this year at the Country Radio Seminar, where they performed Jason Aldean's "You Make It Easy," a song Hubbard and Kelley co-wrote with Morgan Wallen and songwriter Jordan Schmidt.
For now, FGL fans will have to wait and see if that handful of 2027 shows ever gets confirmed.
